Engaging poolside activities enhanced the vacation experience.

The food was absolutely terrible, often cold and unappetizing, forcing us to eat out constantly. the absence of a lift made lugging bags unbearable, especially after long travels. To top it off, the staff were remarkably unfriendly, and the overall cleanliness throughout the hotel was appalling.
